Skills and experience

Louise is responsible for our Mission Systems business. Joining ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ in 2013 in a supply chain role, she went on to run ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s civil training business, before moving into defence in 2020, ultimately being responsible for operational and strategic elements of defence equipment in the Group’s Land business. In February 2024, Louise was appointed Chief People Officer for the Group. Before joining ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Louise worked in a range of sectors. After graduating with a degree in Psychology she started her career in financial services, before roles in construction, hospitality, training and civil nuclear.
