Skills and experience

With nearly three decades of Defence experience, Donna is ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s Chief Delivery Officer, leading globally across Delivery and Transformation, Project Management, Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain, Engineering, Cyber Security and IT. She previously led the design, delivery and global rollout of ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ’s enterprise wide Project Management Framework, raising capability and embedding consistent standards. Before joining ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ, Donna held senior roles in aerospace and defence, including Vice President of Programme Management. Alongside her Executive Committee responsibilities, Donna serves as the Executive Sponsor of the ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ Forces Community Network (BFCN), championing inclusion and support for veterans, reservists and the wider Armed Forces community across ²ÝÝ®ÊÓƵ.
